Ours begins in the mountains of southern Tolima, Colombia, where coffee is much more than a crop: it is a way of life, a family tradition and a bond between people, the land and generations.
Tres Rayas Coffee was born from a vision: to bring the extraordinary character of Colombia's coffee origins to the world.

Our story is deeply connected to Gaitania, Planadas, a land of great biodiversity, mountain landscapes and communities that have built their lives around coffee.

At the heart of our operations is Beneficio Roma, where tradition meets innovation. There we carefully transform coffee cherries through natural, washed, honey and experimental processes, developing unique and distinctive profiles.

We believe that an extraordinary coffee begins long before the mill. It is born from the hard work of producers, the richness of the land and the relationships we build with the communities behind every harvest.
Today we work with a network of more than 200 producers from different regions of Colombia, including Tolima, Huila and Antioquia.
Our commitment goes beyond buying coffee. We seek to build lasting relationships, promote responsible production and connect Colombian coffee communities with international markets.
